Baselining user behavior by machine learning
Add security intelligence to our software that can predict which alerts are based on “normal” behavior and should be prioritized down.
Investigation flow on the most normal alerts
Based on the 10 most normal alerts, a generic investigation flow should be created. It is a decision tree that cyber security analysts can use to better counteract a potential attack, and to investigate whether it is a real attack or a false positive.
Market adaptation and customer journeys
Get closer to the potential customers and users of the software, and combine knowledge of market and competitors to design a world-class customer journey map and other recommendations to increase world market penetration.
